MISSION:
To serve with transparency and diligence.

FUNCTIONS OF MINISTRY OF FINANCE:

•  To source funds for the students' organization.

•  Banking, keeping custody of KCMC SO funds and giving financial reports.

•  Reporting to the cabinet on financial matters.

•  Introducing methods of money generation.

•  Timely collection of students' organization's subscription fee.

•  Controlling the usage of KCMC SO funds and ensuring that the finances for the organization are secured and put into good use.

•  Dealing with any financial matters.

•  Advising the President on financial stand of the organization.

•  Participating in cabinet meetings.

ACTIVITIES PLANNED:

* To maintain the T-Shirts project.

* Find as many sponsors as possible to support various activities conducted by KCMC SO.

* To ensure the proper usage of the organizations funds.

* To give report for the fund raised and expenditure at the end of the office term.
