* To make sure that hostel services are proportional to the medical field-ethics.

FUNCTIONS OF MINISTRY OF HOSTELS:

• Co-ordination of maintenance of Hostels like renovations, light and other amenities that may be required.

• To report to the cabinet all matters arising from Hostels such as accommodation and matters concerning amenities.

• To maintain peace and tranquility among students and assist in resolving students complaints.

• To liaise with other Ministers to achieve optimum results e.g. Minister of Health, Information etc.

• To participate in cabinet meetings.

ACTIVITIES PLANNED:

* Ensure that the students live in peace and harmony and that there is security and harmony is observed in the hostels.

* Ensure that there is renovation done to the hostels.

* Proposing there is solar power connected to the hostels for hot water supply.
