FUNCTIONS OF MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND
CO-ORDINATION:

•  To carry information to the members of the cabinet and to the General students body.

•  To take care of electronic facility of the KCMC SO mail box.

•  To maintain proper use of the suggestion box and the KCMC SO mailbox.

•  To control information placed on the notice board and to make sure dissemination of information is adequate for people to get the message.

•  To participate in cabinet meetings.

ACTIVITIES DONE SO FAR:

* Continuous posters and notices during different activities.

* Maintaining and updating the KCMC SO website.

* Added new pages to the website including annual plan, chat and online enquiry form.

ACTIVITIES PLANNED:

* To use the available resources like website and notice board to disseminate information.

* To use the website to raise funds for maintaining the website and source various organization activities.

* To sensitize students to visit various pages to get information and use chat room and enquiry form to send articles, poems etc to be put in the KCMC noticeboard.

* To put information that is useful for foreign students such as on Tanzania, Moshi and KCMC including location map of KCMC.

* Adding photographs and information about the various schools under the Directorate of Allied Health Sciences.
