THE KCMC SPORTS BONANZA 2007.

The KCMC Sports Bonanza week started on 30th November 2007. It was officially opened by the acting director of Allied Health Schools, Mama Chigulu who is also the principle of Nursing college.

This year, the sports bonanza included Football, Netball, Volleyball, Basketball, Cross-Country marathon, Tug of War, Sack Race, Chicken Race. Indoor Games included Pool Table, Table Tennis, Darts, Draft and Drawing competition.

The sports bonanza was competed as interhostel competition as well as Freshers versus the ongoing students. It took about nine days for them to compete, and the winners were obtained on the final day which was on the 8th of December, 2007. The event was followed by the most awaited and most exciting KCMC SOCIAL NIGHT or welcome first year as commonly known.

THE KCMC SOCIAL NIGHT 2007.

The KCMC SOCIAL NIGHT 2007 was officially opened by the Director of Allied Health Science Schools, Harron Shangali who was also the guest of honour on that night.

The event was filled with entertainment from different groups of students but the MISS KCMC SO 2007 event was the most exciting. There was also a delicious buffet dinner served with drinks.

We take this opportunity to thank once again the sponsors of Miss KCMC SO event, Mamaa Pyramide Saloon of Moshi Town.

Eventually, there was the award presentations to the various winners of the sports bonanza and Miss KCMC SO event.

THE KCMC SPORTS BONANZA 2006.

The KCMC Sports Bonanza was held from 1st December 2006 to 9th December 2006. It involved students from different schools and hostels. There were different sports competition including Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Netball, Pool table, Darts and Tennis.


The teams participated from Hanang Hostel, TATCOT Hostel, Health Records, Kibo Hostel, Mawenzi Hostel, Dermatology Hostel and Meru Hostel.

The finals were held on the day of independence. There were several invited guests to witness the awarding ceremony, which was held at the football pitch. The first winners were awarded with trophies and certificates.

Held from 3:00PM to 6:00PM. Enriched with Tug of war, cultural performances, and was flavored with music entertainment.
It was a unique event and on the turn pike of the event, we had the KCMC Social Night.

KCMC SO SOCIAL NIGHT 2006.

This was a unique event held on the eve of the Sports Bonanza. The venue was the Doctors Club from 7:00PM onwards. It was an exciting and memorable night which was flavored by cultural shows, music, gospel songs, and even bites and soft drinks.
Rewards for sports winners, dance, dramas, poems, gospel songs, bites and soft drinks and music entertainment.
